Injae K. Park
Injae K. Park is an associate attorney at Banker’s Hill Law Firm, A.P.C, where her practice focuses on all aspects of personal injury and worker’s compensation laws. She also practices in the areas of immigration, bankruptcy (Chapter 7), criminal defense, and estate planning (wills & trusts). She has successfully represented clients in claims involving catastrophic injuries and has strong litigation and trial experience. Prior to joining the law firm, she honed her trial skills and experience working at San Diego County Public Defender’s Office.
Injae is also an active member and leader in the community. She currently serves as a member of the Korean American Bar Association of San Diego (KABA-SD) and Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego (PALSD), striving to unify the voice of the Asian Pacific American legal community. She also serves as a member of the Lawyer’s Club of San Diego and volunteers to write Lawyers Club news articles. During law school, she served as the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA), and also as a law student representative of the KABA-SD and PALSD. Injae also volunteers as an attorney coach for a law school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Honors Society and mentors law students advancing legal skills in mediation and arbitration.
In her spare time, Injae enjoys playing the flute and piano, volunteering with local animal rescues, and spending time outdoors while taking advantage of the beautiful San Diego weather with her husband.
