Se han presentado demandas colectivas como resultado de estas bater\u00edas defectuosas. <\/p>\n<p>La retirada propuesta por GM plantea una &#8220;soluci\u00f3n provisional&#8221; para que los veh\u00edculos afectados se reprogramen para limitar la carga completa de las bater\u00edas defectuosas al 90% de la capacidad real de las bater\u00edas. La capacidad revisada har\u00e1 que los veh\u00edculos afectados tengan una menor autonom\u00eda y necesiten ser cargados con m\u00e1s frecuencia. Como resultado, los propietarios y arrendatarios de los veh\u00edculos afectados se han visto perjudicados con veh\u00edculos que no funcionan como se anuncia y, en cambio, requieren m\u00e1s tiempo de carga y mantenimiento.  <\/p>\n<p>Si se demuestra que es cierto, esta conducta enga\u00f1osa por parte de General Motors, en nuestra opini\u00f3n, equivaldr\u00eda a una violaci\u00f3n de las leyes estatales de protecci\u00f3n al consumidor y de las leyes estatales y federales de garant\u00eda, y probablemente reducir\u00eda el valor de los veh\u00edculos Chevrolet Bolt 2017-2022.<\/p>\n<p>Nos gustar\u00eda tener la oportunidad de ayudarle a recuperar sus p\u00e9rdidas de General Motors.
