David Arreguin
David is an attorney at Banker’s Hill Law Firm, A.P.C. (“BHLF”) with a practice in personal injury, consumer class actions, and mass torts. Before returning to BHLF, David worked as an attorney for a California class action and complex litigation firm with partners in Michigan, Montana, Texas, and Florida. While there, he represented clients in personal and catastrophic injuries, class actions, solar, and consumer rights cases.
While in law school, David worked as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Mitchell D. Dembin at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He also interned for the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (formerly Department of Business Oversight) where he worked on securities law cases. He then joined the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office as a Certified Legal Intern where he successfully co-counseled through verdict his first criminal trial and handled cases through all stages of prosecution.
David proudly received his J.D. Cum Laude with Honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he received the Jefferson Medal of Academic Excellence and CALI Awards. During law school, David was a member of Law Review, was consistently an Honor Roll recipient, and was selected as a member to the J. Clifford Wallace Inn of Court.
David started working at BHLF in 2013 as the firm’s Director of Marketing and Business Development. He credits a lot of his success to BHLF’s support since his early days.
David is bilingual in English and Spanish. He lives in San Diego with his wife Carolina and their Shih Tzu “Dona.”
